I haven't checked out this promo yet by PAL, since I've just received a tweet about this 3 minutes ago, but it covers Singapore, Jakarta, Bangkok and Vietnam.

The rules are simple. For every ticket you buy for any of the 4 destinations, you get a "free" ticket with an option to buy a third ticket for USD 7 only. Well. It is only the base fare which is "free" but you will still have to pay for the taxes and surcharges per ticket.
Let's say, Singapore for example. Two tickets to Singapore during the outbound travel period (07 February to 21 March 2012) will cost you USD 96 for both. Add USD 172.10 per ticket (150 surcharge and 22.10 taxes), or for USD 344.20, to USD 96 and you'll get a total of USD 440.20 for two. So, for a ticket, you'll get to pay only the amount of 220.10. If you opt to buy the third ticket, it'll cost USD 179.10 (172.10 for surcharges and taxes plus USD 7 ticket price). To be fair to everyone, if you'll split the cost among yourselves equally, each ticket will only be for USD 206.43.
Why is it a good deal? The lowest ticket to Singapore on the same travel period costs USD 268.10. So, if there are 3 of you availing this sale, you'll save around USD 60 per person.
Remember, however, when you book via PAL ticketing offices or through travel agents, you have to pay the travel tax of Php 1620 or its dollar equivalent, when you buy your ticket per person.
There are other restrictions, of course, but nothing controversial.
